Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Manager in the Entertainment Industry. In this role, you will oversee and implement sales and marketing strategies, develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team to deliver on organizational goals. Strong coordination with creative and operational teams will be required to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, and business development within the entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in marketing campaign management, brand strategy, and public relations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform data analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Proven ability to meet performance metrics, adapt to dynamic industry trends, and drive client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
