We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving client acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility in the HR services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services (Recruitment, HR Operations, Training Development, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns , events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis .
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in sales marketing , preferably in HR services or consultancy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects.
