Suguna Rotis is a ready-to-eat rotis brand delivering soft, homemade-style rotis for modern families and working individuals. After 2 years of successful operations, we are now expanding our B2C sales in Hyderabad through local retail partnerships and direct consumer outreach.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in the design and execution of sales and marketing plans, learning the fundamentals of sales management, providing customer service support, and conducting regular market analysis. The trainee will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, participate in team training sessions, and contribute to the strategic success of the organization through active engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Sales and Sales Management concepts
• Interest in Training and ability to adapt to learning new processes
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and teamwork-oriented approach to tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing preferred
