Arroy Foods Pvt. Ltd. offers a premium range of frozen, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat global gourmet cuisine for consumers both in HORECA (B2B) & Retail. We have recently ventured into a QSR format under the brand name AROI's Dimsum Corner which is a modern Asian QSR brand focused on premium dim sums supported by complementary Asian comfort snacks, designed for rapid scale through kiosks, carts, and compact stores.
Role Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Management Trainee will support and execute on-ground and digital sales initiatives to drive footfall, revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across ADC kiosks. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role with exposure to retail marketing, QSR sales operations, and growth analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Support daily sales initiatives at assigned kiosks
- Assist in executing upselling, combo promotions, and add-on strategies
- Track sales performance by SKU, category, and location
- Help improve Average Order Value (AOV) and repeat purchases
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure promotions are executed correctly on-ground
2. On Ground & Local Marketing
- Plan and execute local marketing activities (flyers, sampling, society activations, office outreach)
- Support new kiosk launches and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and promotional material
- Collect competitor intelligence (pricing, offers, menu positioning)
3. Digital & Performance marketing support
- Assist in managing social media activities (content coordination, local posts, offers)
- Support WhatsApp, CRM, or loyalty campaigns (using a combination of Petpooja & Reelo)
- Track campaign performance and customer responses
- Work with design/agency partners for creatives and offers
4. Customer Insights & Feedback
- Collect and analyse customer feedback at kiosks
- Identify gaps in menu, pricing, service, or communication
- Share actionable insights with sales, marketing, and product teams
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports
- Track campaign ROI, footfall changes, and conversion trends
- Assist senior management in data-backed decision making
6. Learning & Cross-Functional Exposure
- Rotate across sales, operations, and marketing functions
- Learn QSR unit economics, contribution margins, and pricing logic
- Support special projects related to growth, expansion, and brand building
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, Retail, or General Management)
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in F&B, QSR, retail, and consumer brands
- Comfortable with field work and on-ground execution
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and sales funnels
- Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- High ownership, energy, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment
Compensation
- CTC: 14,000 20,000 per month (depending on qualification & capability)
- Performance-linked incentives based on sales and campaign success
- Travel allowance for field work (if applicable)
