Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage and maintain inventory for new commercial spaces, including Purchase Order (PO) information.
• Develop and execute strategies for building Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). 3. Actively monitor and supply property inventory available in the market.
• Identify and generate active leads for interior design projects.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database for allied companies and partners. 6. Generate and manage office space requirements for B2B clients.
