Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Chennai. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and assisting with client follow-ups to generate new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and promotional materials, and maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities. The intern will also help coordinate product demonstrations, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging and customer engagement. Training and guidance will be provided to help the intern understand the company's software solutions and communicate their value effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with prospective and existing clients.
  • Interest or foundational skills in sales and sales management to support lead generation, follow-up, and basic pipeline activities.
  • Ability to learn and participate in training related to products, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and comfort using digital tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software).
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
  • Motivation to build a career in sales and marketing within the software or technology sector.
