Role Description

White Shark Enterprises Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern for an on-site, full-time role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves supporting sales operations, assisting with customer interactions, contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and ensure customer satisfaction while developing their professional skills in a collaborative environment. The intern will also be given weekly classes and training sessions on various sales and marketing techniques and frameworks by the management team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Fundamental understanding of Sales techniques and the ability to support Sales Management processes
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Understanding of local market dynamics across Kerala will be an added advantage
