• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and address inquiries.
• Core abilities in Sales and Sales Management to support achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Capability to assist in Training initiatives and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A passion for luxury goods and an understanding of the retail or jewelry industry is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and manage tasks efficiently on-site at the Gurugram location.
