Role: Marketing and Sales Intern

Location: Bangalore - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Duration: 3–6 months (extendable / PPO based on performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven Marketing Intern (Growth Intern) who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to real business outcomes. This is not a passive internship — you will work closely with the growth team on live campaigns, outbound efforts, and marketing experiments.

What you'll do:

• Assist in executing growth and marketing campaigns (SEO, outbound, content, paid experiments)
• Support lead generation and outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, research)
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Help create and optimize marketing content and assets
• Track campaign performance and share insights + learnings
• Work on experiments across channels to improve conversions and pipeline

Who you're:

• Pursuing or recently completed BTech degree
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, and resourceful — someone who gets things done
• Strong willingness to learn fast and take ownership
