Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Student Marketeer Interns to be the face of our brands. This dual role combines direct sales with on-campus brand advocacy. You will act as the vital link between students and our luxury residences, driving brand presence, generating leads, and closing sales through your campus networks and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement :
* Promote and sell premium accommodation services for Hive Hostels and Aurus Chapter.
* Communicate with potential clients via calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
* Explain property features, pricing, and luxury benefits to prospective residents.
* Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain records of customer interactions.
* Support the sales team in achieving occupancy targets.
Campus Marketing & Insights:
* Student Insights: Gather and report on-campus trends and student needs to help refine our offerings.
* Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of potential residents through your personal and campus networks.
* Partnerships: Connect the brand with college fests, clubs, and student committees for collaborations.
* Brand Advocacy: Support sponsorships, light marketing activities, and use your social media presence to create buzz and drive engagement.

* Social Media Savvy: Ability to create digital engagement and represent the brand authentically online.
