Role Description

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include assisting in sales promotion activities, handling customer service interactions, implementing training programs for store staff, and supporting sales management efforts. This is an on-site internship located in Panchkula, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic Sales skills and familiarity with driving sales opportunities to achieve targets.
• Ability to assist in Training and Sales Management tasks, ensuring smooth store operations and developing team capabilities.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to marketing and business operations.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for the foodservice or hospitality industry is an advantage.
