We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our sales and operations team. The role involves supporting sales activities, handling vendor documentation, preparing MIS reports, assisting in forecasting, and coordinating lead generation efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for telecalling to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client communication. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Job Specification:
Qualification: B.E. mechanical / Electrical preferred
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role or sales.
Skills:
Should be able to identify and close issues end to end.
Should be able to work with cross functional team.
Good communication skills a must.
Basic computer operation knowledge mandatory.
