Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is an on-site position based in Bhopal. This internship involves supporting day-to-day sales outreach, assisting with lead generation, and helping maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. The intern will contribute to marketing activities such as preparing promotional materials, coordinating basic campaigns, and supporting social media or email initiatives under guidance. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, updating CRM or tracking tools, and participating in training sessions to better understand Scaleasly's services and automation-driven growth model. The role offers hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the coaching and consulting domain.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and foundational Sales Management awareness to support outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply guidance from mentors and supervisors.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media, and digital tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
