The Role
A hands-on sales and marketing role. You'll be doing real work from day one. Managing outreach, chasing leads, and building our brand presence across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Run LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts — prospect, follow up, nurture leads, and book calls
- Search and bid on projects across freelance/B2B platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Manage Profile Picasso's LinkedIn and Instagram — posting, engaging, and maintaining brand voice
- Keep the pipeline organised and report on outreach activity
- Support with content coordination and social scheduling as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong written English and clear communication
- Self-driven — able to work independently in a remote setup
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, or personal branding
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram; outreach or bidding experience is a plus
- Curious to learn. We welcome freshers.
