Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Research

• Identify and research prospective clients across D2C, eCommerce, retail, and marketplace businesses.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and other research platforms.
• Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM records.

Business Development

• Execute cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the senior business team.
• Assist in nurturing prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Enablement

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client collateral.
• Support founders during client meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist in developing outreach strategies and sales campaigns.

Market Research

• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Research target industries and identify high-potential accounts.
• Share market insights to strengthen business development efforts.

CRM & Reporting

• Update CRM with prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach, meetings, conversions, and pipeline health.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with professionals and business leaders.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection positively.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred

• Previous internship in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
• Understanding of D2C brands, eCommerce, or marketplaces.
• Interest in AI tools and sales automation.
