• Talent Brokering: Pitch our exclusive Influencer Media Kits to Brand Marketing Managers and Founders to secure paid collaboration campaigns.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize our professional CRM tools to track all leads, calls, and commission potential.
• Studio Access: Participate in and observe professional content production and studio management tasks for our exclusive talent.
• Commission Earning: Earn a significant commission on every successful brand partnership and service contract you broker. Your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your results.

• In-Person Requirement: Must be able to commute to the West Delhi office regularly for training, pitch preparation, and studio days.
• Performance Focus: Compensation is based strictly on sales commission. There is no fixed salary.
