Role Description

This role offers students practical experience in direct sales and brand growth.

As a quick highlight, the program structure is as follows:

  • Duration & Model:2 Months | 100% Remote
  • Compensation:Performance-based (10% commission on all generated sales)
  • Milestones:Certificate of Internship upon 20 successful sales, and an added personalized Letter of Recommendation at 35 sales.
  • Selling price of each perfume will be Rs 999.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and represent the brand professionally.
  • Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to effectively implement strategies and achieve targets.
  • Capability to assist in training initiatives and collaborate effectively with the team to support sales and marketing goals.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
