Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and growth initiatives for NammaHelp's hyperlocal services in Chennai. This internship role involves assisting with lead generation, engaging potential customers, and supporting neighborhood-focused campaigns both online and offline. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers and partners, gathering feedback, helping organize promotional activities, and preparing basic sales and marketing reports. The intern will collaborate with the sales team to understand service offerings, contribute to training materials, and help maintain a positive customer experience. This is an internship position in a hybrid setup, based in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Ability to assist with Training activities, including creating simple guides or briefs for service professionals and customers.
- Interest in marketing, local community engagement, and hyperlocal or on-demand service platforms.
- Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or basic tracking systems, messaging apps) and social media for outreach.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
