We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to support the expansion of MyMints merchant network in launch cities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to field sales, merchant onboarding, partnerships, loyalty solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, BCom, MBA, or similar business-
related courses
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn on-ground sales and business development
Comfortable using basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, dashboards)
Fluency in local language and basic English
Open to local travel and field-based work
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and approaching potential merchant partners (cafes,
salons, boutiques, retail stores, etc.)
Support field visits, cold calls, and merchant meetings under the guidance of the BD team
Help pitch the MyMints loyalty platform and clearly explain its benefits to
merchants
Gain end-to-end merchant onboarding experience, including documentation,
QR setup, training, and go-live support
Receive hands-on training in social media marketing to help merchants
improve visibility and engagement
Maintain and update lead details, visit reports, and activity trackers
(CRM/Google Sheets)
Support merchant campaigns, referral initiatives, and retention activities
Gather market and merchant feedback and share insights with the team
