Role Description This is an internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Mumbai in a hybrid work model, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records, and assisting with follow-ups. They will help execute marketing campaigns, contribute to digital and offline promotional activities, and support the creation of sales and marketing materials. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, helping organize product demonstrations or training sessions, and gathering feedback from customers and partners. The intern will also assist with basic market research, competitor tracking, and reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for Sales and Sales Management support, including lead handling, pipeline tracking, and basic reporting.
  • Interest in Training-related activities, such as assisting in product demos, presentations, and customer education sessions.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital and offline) and comfort working with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or contact databases).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Interest in industrial tools, manufacturing, or construction sectors is a plus; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
