Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Jaipur. The intern will support sales and marketing initiatives, assist in customer engagement activities, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic campaigns. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting services, aiding the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance overall satisfaction while aligning efforts with company goals.

• Strong verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Customer Service and Training skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences
• Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, client acquisition, and ongoing relationship management
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is an added advantage
