Kuinbee is a data infrastructure company helping AI companies and enterprises access high-quality datasets and data workflows. We work across healthcare AI, speech AI, imaging, enterprise data, and custom data sourcing.
We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and execution-driven Sales & Marketing Intern who can help us generate leads, reach out to potential buyers, support campaigns, and create pipeline for the business.
What You Will Do
- Find and research potential leads across LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, startup databases, and other sources
- Send cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and follow-ups to potential buyers and partners
- Make cold calls to prospects and qualify their interest
- Book meetings for the sales team and founders
- Support outreach campaigns for healthcare AI, speech AI, data buyers, and enterprise prospects
- Help create basic sales and marketing material, including pitch messages, follow-ups, and prospect lists
- Track outreach, replies, calls, and meeting status in sheets or CRM
- Support marketing pushes across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and founder-led content distribution
- Coordinate with the sales team to move leads from first touch to discovery call
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email outreach
- Confident, proactive, and not afraid of rejection
- Interested in startups, AI, sales, marketing, and business development
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email, Google Sheets, and internet research
- Ability to write clear messages and follow up consistently
- Someone who can take ownership and execute without needing constant reminders
Good to Have
- Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Interest in AI, healthcare, data, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Basic content writing or social media marketing ability

- How to identify ICPs and generate qualified leads
- How to write cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups

Compensation
This is a paid internship.
- Fixed stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month, based on profile and performance
- Additional commission on qualified meetings, opportunities, or closed deals
- High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role
Ideal Candidate
This role is best for someone who is ambitious, fast-moving, curious, and serious about learning sales and marketing. We do not need someone who only wants a certificate. We need someone who wants to build, sell, learn, and grow with an early-stage startup.
