Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective clients, assisting with lead generation, and following up on inquiries for digital printing and branding services. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their printing requirements, preparing basic proposals or quotations, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth order processing. The intern will assist in executing marketing activities, such as promoting services through online and offline channels, maintaining client databases, and gathering feedback to improve customer experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes, customer relationship management, and marketing in a fast-paced printing environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation support, basic pipeline tracking, and understanding of sales targets.
• Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training-related activities, such as learning and applying product knowledge and sharing information with customers.
• Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of marketing principles, familiarity with MS Office and digital tools, and comfort with field interactions will be beneficial.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and work on-site in Noida.
