Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Key tasks include managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and continuous engagement.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Leadership and management skills: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team to drive performance and results.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking: Proficiency in market analysis, identifying trends, and developing data-driven strategies.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms and the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving: Ability to adapt to market changes and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
