Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting sales outreach, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with brand collaboration proposals and pitches. The intern will help coordinate inquiries, prepare presentations and reports, and follow up with prospects and existing clients. Daily tasks include researching potential partners, updating CRM or tracking tools, supporting marketing campaigns, and assisting in organizing events or talent engagements. • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, talent, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Candidates should possess the ability to assist with Training-related tasks, such as learning internal processes and supporting onboarding documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital/social media platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in the entertainment, influencer, and events industry, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
