    Core Objective :

    Generate institutional interest and set up confirmed meetings with decision-makers (schools, colleges, educational institutions).

    Everything else is secondary.

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Institutional Outreach

    • Research and identify schools and institutions
    • Contact principals, administrators, trustees, and management
    • Use calls, emails, WhatsApp, and direct visits if required

    2. Meeting Conversion (Primary KPI)

    • Fix meetings with decision-makers for demos or discussions
    • Follow up relentlessly until meetings are confirmed
    • Ensure meetings are not courtesy calls but genuine interest-based discussions

    3. Funnel Tracking

    • Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes
    • Track which institutions convert and why others dont

    4. Ground-Level Execution

    • Support on-ground visits, demos, and presentations
    • Assist founders during institutional meetings when required

    Effort without results will not count.
