Role Description

This is an internship role for a Business Development Intern, based on-site in Mumbai. The intern will be responsible for performing market research, identifying and generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team. Key tasks include gathering and analyzing data, developing strategies for client outreach, and maintaining excellent client communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for sales and customer support may also be required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in lead generation and prospect research for B2B and SaaS clients
  • Support outbound activities across email and LinkedIn
  • Help maintain and update CRM records and lead databases
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Assist with client communication and follow-ups
  • Support internal sales and marketing operations as required

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, business development, or marketing
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is a plus

Location & Work Model

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Model: In-office for the first month, followed by a hybrid setup

Compensation:Paid internship (stipend/salary discussed during the interview)
