Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role at Genius Attestation is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The intern will support daily sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining service offerings, and assisting in closing leads. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records, coordinating follow-ups, and providing basic customer support at the office. The intern will help execute marketing initiatives such as distributing promotional materials, participating in local campaigns, and gathering market feedback. The role may also involve learning and supporting sales reporting, preparing presentations, and collaborating with senior team members on sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills and a basic understanding of Sales Management to support lead handling, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Candidates should possess a willingness to learn and contribute to Training activities, including learning product details and assisting in internal knowledge sharing.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in sales and marketing careers is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools and comfort with using digital communication platforms.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
