Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Hyderabad (WFO mandatory). The intern will assist in executing sales strategies, managing customer interactions, and supporting marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, executing sales processes, and helping to implement training and management initiatives for sales strategies. The intern will collaborate closely with the team to optimize outcomes for client acquisition and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management techniques to support the development of effective sales strategies
- Ability to assist in Training and guiding team members in sales processes
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred
