Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Sopore. The intern will support daily sales activities, including researching prospects, generating leads, and assisting in outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social channels. They will help prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports, and assist in tracking leads and updating CRM or internal databases. The role includes supporting basic marketing campaigns, such as content preparation, campaign monitoring, and performance tracking. The intern will collaborate with sales and marketing team members, participate in training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve outreach and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and clients.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Willingness to participate in and benefit from Training to quickly learn tools, processes, and product knowledge.
- Ability to work on-site in Sopore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting.
