About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to support FixItGo's expansion in Jaipur and Udaipur. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company services, onboarding service providers, and supporting local marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Onboarding (Field Work)- Visit local markets to identify and onboard service providers (electricians, plumbers, cleaners, salon experts, carpenters, etc.)
- Explain FixItGo's commission model, app usage, and service terms.
- Collect required KYC documents and upload them in the admin dashboard.
- Track daily onboarding targets and report progress.
2. Marketing Activities- Promote FixItGo services in assigned areas.
- Conduct door-to-door awareness campaigns, banner distribution, and local partnerships.
- Assist with promotional events, offline campaigns, and customer queries.
- Gather market feedback from customers and service partners.
3. Digital Support (Optional)- Share FixItGo social media posts and participate in digital promotion.
- Support lead generation through WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
4. Reporting- Submit daily work reports to the HR/City Manager.
- Maintain records of onboarded service providers & field visits.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Required Skills- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Comfortable with fieldwork in assigned areas.
- Android smartphone required for app usage.
- Ability to speak Hindi (English optional).
- Positive attitude and learning mindset.
