Role Overview

We're looking for on-ground Sales & Marketing Interns in Hyderabad and Indore to grow the Karereach network on both sides onboarding healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other allied health providers) and onboarding customers/patients who need their care. This is a field role: you'll be out meeting people directly, not working from a desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals) in your assigned city for onboarding onto Karereach
• Identify and approach prospective customers/patients, explain Karereach's services, and guide them through sign-up
• Clearly explain the platform, onboarding process, and partnership terms to prospective professionals and customers
• Collect documentation and complete verification for each onboarded professional
• Build and maintain relationships with onboarded professionals and customers to keep them active on the platform
• Meet weekly/monthly onboarding targets across both professionals and customers
• Share field feedback on market response, demand patterns, professional/customer concerns, and competitor activity with the central team
• Coordinate with the central team on approvals and follow-ups

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream; sales, marketing, or business background is a plus, not mandatory)
• Own laptop and two-wheeler (with valid driving license) — required
• Comfortable with daily field travel within the city
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust with medical professionals and customers alike
• Basic smartphone/app proficiency
• Prior experience in field sales, healthcare, or business development is a plus but not required

Compensation & Incentives

• Travel allowance: ₹2,000–₹2,500 per month
• Performance incentive for every successfully onboarded healthcare professional.
• Internship completion certificate
• Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
