Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead generation:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies across various channels.
- Engage with corporate decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Qualify leads and nurture relationships to convert them into business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine our sales approach and gain a competitive edge.
- Assist in creating sales pitches and presentations for business development.
- Identify potential partnerships, strategic alliances, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales data to optimize outreach strategies.
Marketing:
- Content Creation: Create engaging content (images, videos, posts) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization will be an added advantage.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis for campaign strategies and optimize ad targeting.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in formulating and executing social media strategies.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering community interaction.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Support in organizing promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new advertising features or tools on digital platforms, providing recommendations for implementation.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility through collaborations with influencers and content creators (Optional).
What We're Looking For
- Students or recent graduates with an interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for networking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh sales & marketing ideas to the table.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and in a team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing, sales, or business is a plus.
