Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Acquisition
- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads
- Follow structured sales scripts & workflows
- Pitch Libre Tax Service offerings (Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping)
Sales & Conversion
- Convert warm and cold leads into paying clients
- Maintain monthly targets and achieve bonus opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients through trust & clarity
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Update CRM dashboards daily
- Prepare weekly sales performance reports
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the U.S. team (PST)
- Coordinate with bookkeeping, tax, and marketing departments
- Assist clients with onboarding steps after closing
Education & Experience
- Graduate / Undergraduate accepted
- Freshers with strong communication skills welcome
- Prior sales or call center experience is a plus
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
- Confident on phone calls
- High energy & persuasion ability
- Target-oriented & disciplined
- Comfortable working U.S. night shift
