We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This is not a coffee-running internship; you will be integrated into our core business development and marketing operations, with a clear path toward our Management Trainee program. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Freshers. We highly value candidates who have completed internships in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) or Marketing tools (e.g. Canva ) is an advantage.
- Native-level fluency in English
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing fundamentals (SEO/SEM) and email automation.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proven leadership through university fests, student bodies, or social service (NSS).
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate and qualify leads through calling and strategic email campaigns.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot to track and improve conversion rates.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify new business prospects and improve brand positioning.
- Client Engagement: Support the team by engaging with prospective clients or parents, explaining service offerings, and strengthening brand visibility.
- Data & Reporting: Assist in gathering sales data and performing exploratory analysis to identify seasonal trends and patterns.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting programs through outreach activities, events, and digital platforms.
