Sales And Marketing Intern - Cold Calling and Cold Emailing

Duration: 6 months (first 2 months probation & unpaid, stipend from 3rd month onwards)

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is driven, energetic, and passionate about communication and client outreach.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, generating leads, and contributing directly to business growth through cold calling and cold emailing.

• Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
• Maintain lead databases, CRM/excel sheets, and track outreach performance
• Support in creating basic pitch notes/scripts for calls and emails
• Collaborate with the team to understand services, offerings, and client needs
• Assist in follow-ups, appointment setting, and nurturing leads
• Learn the fundamentals of agency sales, lead generation, and deal closing
  

• You have strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English)
• You're confident and comfortable reaching out to new people regularly
• You're pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• You're eager to learn more about branding, marketing, and sales funnels
• You're proactive, disciplined, and growth-oriented
• You're flexible with working hourseffort matters more than the clock
  

• First 2 months: Probation (unpaid)
• From 3rd month: Monthly stipend
• Incentives:
• If you convert a lead into a closed deal, you'll receive extra incentives on top of your stipend.
