Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads through various online
platforms, databases, social media, and other industry sources.
Cold Outreach: Perform email outreach, and direct messaging to engage with potential leads and
qualify them for further sales processes.
Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring that all contact information
and interactions are accurately recorded and tracked.
CRM Usage: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activities and progress.
Lead Qualification: Assess the quality of leads and prioritize them based on business potential,
ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed on to the sales team.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and other key performance
indicators (KPIs) to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and
alignment of strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools for
lead generation to continually improve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a lead generation role, preferably within a lead generation agency.
Familiarity with various lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of B2C sales and lead qualification techniques.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build
relationships with prospects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
