Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai is for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist with customer acquisition, provide sales support, execute marketing strategies, and engage in customer relationship management. Daily tasks include supporting sales activities, interacting with clients, assisting in training sessions, and coordinating marketing campaigns to drive growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management principles to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Ability to contribute to Training and learning programs to enhance client and team knowledge.
- Proficiency in project coordination and time management to handle tasks within deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, ability to work collaboratively, and eagerness to learn about the construction-care industry.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
