Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Kochi, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will support sales initiatives, assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, and engage in customer service to enhance client relationships. Additional responsibilities include coordinating promotional events, generating leads, presenting product or service benefits, and conducting training for customers or partners as needed. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide feedback based on customer insights.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Basic Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and understanding customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and Training to help meet organizational goals and enhance team performance.
  • Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A keen interest in marketing, with knowledge of digital and offline marketing strategies being an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the events, education, or creative industries is a valuable asset.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
