Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our Business
Development team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn, possesses
excellent communication skills, and is driven to achieve sales targets. The primary responsibility
will be to promote our financial services and drive sales through direct customer interaction.
Internship Benefits
Stipend: A competitive base salary + Incentives ( Up to 20,000 per month based on
performance.)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Drive daily sales numbers by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
Customer Interaction: Explain the company's loan products and services clearly and
effectively to customers over the phone.
Requirement Analysis: Understand customers financial needs and guide them to choose the
most suitable loan product from our portfolio.
Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely and
proper follow-ups.
Performance Ownership: Take complete ownership of individual sales targets and overall
performance.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding the sales
process and any potential issues.
Data Management: Utilize basic Excel skills to track leads, sales, and follow-up activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Language Proficiency
English: Excellent spoken, reading, and writing skills ( Mandatory ).
Hindi: Excellent spoken skills ( Mandatory ).
Regional Languages: Optional
