About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Intern to support our sales team in lead follow-ups, customer communication, quotations, and deal coordination. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the complete sales process and develop practical sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Prepare and send quotations to potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist the sales team in managing leads and moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Assist with deal closures and customer coordination as required.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales-support targets.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Freshers and students with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
