Our mission is to bridge the gap between complex science and functional nutrition, providing our partners with the technical dossiers, clinical backing, and regulatory support (FSSAI/ICH) required to launch world-class supplements.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales & Marketing Intern role based in Gujarat, with a focus on the B2B Nutraceutical Ingredient market. The intern will support the commercial team in promoting our Gold Standard ingredients to CDMOs and Finished Formulation companies. This role is a blend of technical learning and strategic outreach, requiring the intern to understand how our ingredients (like Vitamin K2-7 or Palmitoylethanolamide) solve specific formulation challenges for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Mapping: Research and identify potential CDMOs, brand owners, and pharmaceutical companies in target geographies.
  • Lead Generation: Initiate contact with R&D and Procurement heads to introduce Aurora's specialized ingredient portfolio.
  • Technical Support: Assist in drafting technical brochures and whitepapers that highlight the Mechanism of Action (MoA) and clinical benefits of our ingredients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support the sales team in handling technical inquiries, sending samples, and following up on stability data requests.
  • Data Analysis: Track market trends in the Vegan and Clean Label segments to help refine our marketing pitches.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in creating Value-Add presentations that link our ingredients to specific health benefits (e.g., Gout management, Ocular health, or Bone density).
Qualifications
  • Academic Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Biotechnology, Food Technology, or an MBA with a background in Life Sciences.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and communicate basic pharmaceutical concepts (e.g., bioavailability, active markers, and excipient interactions).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, with the ability to write professional emails to international B2B clients.
  • Commercial Mindset: A strong interest in how scientific data is used to drive B2B sales and brand positioning.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint for pitch decks and Excel for lead tracking). Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Traits: High attention to detail (critical for handling regulatory documents) and a proactive problem-solver attitude.
