Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata

Internship Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹ 5,000 per month + Incentives
Role Responsibilities
- Pitch our partner program to potential applicants, explain its benefits, and coordinate follow-ups and meetings with interested candidates.
- Support business development by identifying and generating leads for financial events, seminars, and networking opportunities
- Research and track relevant industry events where the company can participate or represent
- Leverage social media platforms to identify trends, engage audiences, and support employer branding initiatives
- Maintain candidate and lead databases in an organized manner
- Coordinate within the team for ad hoc support required by sales team and related activities
Role Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in sales, business development, and client interaction
- Active on social media with good knowledge of current trends
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Proactive, confident, and eager to learn
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development is a plus
