Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support sales activities by researching potential clients, updating lead databases, preparing presentations, and participating in client outreach under guidance from senior team members. Daily responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, gathering requirements, coordinating follow-ups, and documenting interactions in CRM tools. The intern will also help execute marketing campaigns, create basic sales and marketing collateral, and support the organization of events, demos, and training sessions. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and a positive experience for prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, pitching, and pipeline follow-up.
  • Ability to assist with Training-related tasks, such as preparing materials and supporting product demonstrations for clients.
  • Basic understanding of technology, mobile apps, or web-based solutions, with willingness to learn about software development services.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on-site in Gurugram.
