Intern Manager(Onboarding Management Track)

Location: Mumbai (On-Field)

Openings: 20 Positions

We are primarily a research lab that does business to back our field researchers.

The Lab invests for equity across founders & researchers in materials, chemicals, hardware production, chips design, data centers, & industry softwares. We back people that can back our people in the longterm objectives for hummanity.

About the Role

This is a paid internship designed to train future managers in on-ground retail expansion. You'll visit retail stores, onboard them to the Frycold ecosystem, collect essential business data, and ensure they understand our platform process.

Successful interns may receive a full-time offer into our Management Track Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit stores in assigned localities (on-field role)
  • Educate store owners about Frycold and its benefits
  • Collect and verify basic business information
  • Complete digital onboarding via mobile/web app
  • Track daily visits, maintain records & progress reports
  • Gather store feedback and relay to management
  • Achieve weekly onboarding targets
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold brand image

    This internship builds the core fundamentals of management.

    Stipend & Allowance
