Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities to help expand 3Pedia Digital's client base and brand presence. Responsibilities include assisting in lead generation, conducting outreach to potential clients, and supporting follow-ups under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and reports, and contribute to social media and digital campaigns to promote services. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline tracking.
Candidates should possess Training and learning agility skills to quickly understand digital marketing concepts, agency services, and sales processes.
Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing, social media, and online branding is beneficial.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and use common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) effectively.
