We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive revenue growth, build strong market presence, and establish a nationwide dealer and partner network.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Head to lead our business development, sales, dealer network expansion, government project acquisition, and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling both Government (B2G) and Private Sector (B2B/B2C) sales while building high-performing sales channels and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

* Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

* Identify and secure opportunities in government departments, municipalities, educational institutions, defense organizations, and public sector undertakings.

* Drive private sector sales through gyms, fitness chains, corporates, real estate developers, sports academies, and institutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Dealer & Distribution Network Development

* Create, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, channel partners, and franchise partners across India.

* Develop dealer engagement, incentive, and growth programs.

* Ensure channel partners achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.

Government Business Development

* Lead participation in GeM, e-tendering, government procurement processes, and public tenders.

* Build relationships with government officials, consultants, architects, and project management agencies.

* Track upcoming tenders and project opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Building

* Develop integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.

* Manage digital marketing, exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and industry events.

* Collaborate with marketing agencies and internal teams to create impactful campaigns.

Leadership & Strategy

* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.

* Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

* Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

* MBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.

* 8–15+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

* Experience in fitness equipment, sports infrastructure, engineering products, construction products, or similar industries is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong experience in Government and Private Sector sales.

* Proven track record of winning large projects and contracts.

* Experience in developing dealer and distributor networks.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Knowledge of GeM, tendering processes, and government procurement.

* Ability to lead teams and drive business growth.

* Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.

* Willingness to travel extensively.
