Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive PAN India sales & marketing strategy for the jewellery business.
- Manage and expand corporate sales, channel partners, and retail chain stores across India.
- Strong focus on South India market development and dominance.
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key corporate buyers and channel partners.
- Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and market-share targets.
- Oversee branding, promotions, trade marketing, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, merchandising, and production teams.
- Complete ownership of A-to-Z domestic sales operations.
