The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamicSales & Marketing Headto lead our drone light show business vertical. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a cutting-edge entertainment service at the intersection of technology, events, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategy for drone light show services targeting corporate clients, event companies, and brand marketing teams
- Build and manage client relationships with corporates, event management companies, advertising agencies, and government entities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across key cities
Marketing & Brand Building
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create compelling presentations, case studies, and promotional content showcasing our capabilities
- Represent Airbotix at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Develop strategic partnerships with event organizers and venue partners
Event Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate client visions into executable drone shows
- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations, local permissions, and safety protocols for every event
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee on-ground execution support when required
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5-8 years in sales and marketing, preferably in events, entertainment, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of B2B sales with corporate clients
- Experience in event management or live entertainment industry
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of drone operations and technology (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with DGCA regulations, airspace restrictions, and aviation compliance requirements
- Knowledge of event production logistics and vendor management
Skills

Preferred Qualifications
