Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Marketing at our Bengaluru location. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing sales activities, developing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and training sales staff. The candidate will also be responsible for sales management, tracking sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training sales staff
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the food production industry is a plus
